Abalang'a Kunde

Ingredients
- 3 bunches of kunde(cowpeas leaves)
- 2 larger onions
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 Royco Beef Cubes
- 1/2 tea spoon salt
- Cooking oil
- Abalang'a
- traditional saltor alternatively use bicarbonate of soda
- 1 cup milk cream
Method
- Prepare the kunde by plucking the leaves off the stem
- Wash the vegetables in a bucket full of water 3 times to remove all the mud debris
- Boil the kunde with 4 spoons of Abalang'a for 30 mins turning it every 10 mins
- As the kunde is boiling, finely chop the onions and tomatoes
- Fry the onions in cooking oil(4 spoons) until golden brown,
- Add tomoatoes to fry until they dissolve, add salt and Royco Beef Cubes
- Add the kunde and stir it until the tomatoes and onions are properly mixed
- Add cream and mix it until evenly spread
- Steam for 3 mins. Your vegies are ready
